Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) regulate the sale of goods and training services between the Seller and the Buyer.
1.2. The Seller conducts business in compliance with Danish law, including the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven), the Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven), the E-commerce Act, and relevant EU directives.
1.3. By placing an order in the online shop or registering for training, the Buyer confirms full acceptance of these Terms.
2. Definitions
“Products” – Permanent Makeup (PMU) goods including but not limited to pigments, cartridges, needles, anesthetics, machines, and accessories.
“Training” – Educational services offered by the Seller, including PMU courses and workshops.
“Deposit” – Non-refundable amount paid to secure a training seat.
“Right of Withdrawal” – Buyer’s statutory right to cancel within 14 days, subject to the restrictions defined herein.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. All prices are displayed in the Buyer’s local currency (system-converted), inclusive of 25% Danish VAT where applicable.
3.2. Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
3.3. Full payment is withdrawn upon order confirmation.
3.4. For Training, the Buyer must pay a deposit of 10,000 DKK (or as specified in the course description). The remaining balance must be settled before course commencement.
3.5. Deposits and training fees are non-refundable, subject to section 6.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. All orders are shipped exclusively from Denmark.
4.2. Delivery methods:
Denmark – PostNord Standard Delivery: 59.60 DKK.
Denmark – Free shipping on orders above 745 DKK.
International orders – Worldwide Shipping: 12 EUR.
4.3. Processing time: 1–3 business days.
4.4. Estimated delivery:Denmark: 2–5 business days.
EU: 5–10 business days.
Outside EU: 7–20 business days.
4.5. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If a parcel is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address, the Buyer covers re-shipment costs.
4.6. The Buyer is responsible for customs duties, import restrictions, and taxes applied in the country of delivery.
5. Right of Withdrawal – Products
5.1. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within 14 days. The Buyer then has 14 additional days to return the goods.
5.3. The right of withdrawal applies only to Products that are:
Unopened, unused, and undamaged.
Returned in original packaging with all seals intact.
5.4. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain Products are exempt from the right of withdrawal once packaging is opened, including but not limited to:Pigments
Needles and cartridges
Anesthetics
Other sterile consumables
5.5. The Buyer covers return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by the Seller (defective or incorrect product).
5.6. Refunds are made within 14 days of the Seller’s receipt and inspection of the returned goods, using the Buyer’s original payment method.
5.7. If returned goods show signs of use or damage, the Seller has the right to deduct an appropriate value reduction.
6. Training Services and Deposits
6.1. Training registrations require payment of a non-refundable deposit of 10,000 DKK.
6.2. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the start of the Training.
6.3. Training deposits and fees are strictly non-refundable after registration, as the Seller initiates preparation and reserves a seat immediately upon payment.
6.4. In compliance with the Consumer Contracts Act §18–19 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the Buyer acknowledges and expressly consents that:
By registering and paying the deposit, the Buyer requests the Seller to begin preparation immediately (seat reservation, administrative setup).
The Buyer recognizes that by such request and once the service is considered initiated, the statutory right of withdrawal is forfeited.
6.5. If the Buyer cancels participation before the course start date, no refund of the deposit or training fees will be provided.
6.6. Certificates of completion are issued only upon fulfillment of all training requirements and mandatory hours.
6.7. The Buyer is responsible for completing required Hygiene Certification in Denmark prior to practicing on live models.
7. Defects and Legal Warranty
7.1. Products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven).
7.2. The Buyer may request repair, replacement, or – if impossible – refund for defective goods.
7.3. The warranty does not apply to normal wear, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.
8. Liability and Force Majeure
8.1. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
8.2. The Seller is not liable for restrictions, import delays, or duties applied in the Buyer’s country.
8.3. In case of force majeure (including but not limited to strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, governmental restrictions), the Seller is not liable for delays, cancellations, or impossibility of performance. Reasonable rescheduling or alternative solutions will be offered where applicable.
9. Return Procedure
9.1. To initiate a return, the Buyer must contact the Seller in writing at the address/email provided on the website.
9.2. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed.
9.3. Returns must be sent to the Seller’s business address in Denmark.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Danish law.
10.2. Any disputes shall be settled amicably where possible; failing resolution, disputes shall be brought before the competent Danish courts in the jurisdiction of the Seller’s business address.
